With us, you make a difference

As an economist with us, you will have a responsible and customer-oriented role, where the customers consist of housing cooperatives and community associations. You will:

• Manage the ongoing bookkeeping for several clients
• Prepare and present budgets and financial statements.
• Follow up and analyze the clients' financial situations and operations.
• Handle loan issues, financial planning, and other economic matters.
• Develop long-term cooperation with clients by identifying and meeting their needs.
• Be the contact person for clients and other stakeholders in financial matters.

In the role of economist, you will collaborate closely with other service areas within Riksbyggen, working together for the benefit of the customer.

The position is a parental leave cover for full-time work from June 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026, located in central Örebro. You will be part of a group of experienced and friendly colleagues who support each other. The role includes some evening meetings at the office and with clients in the market area. This is balanced with otherwise flexible working hours, with the possibility of remote work one to two days a week.

You contribute with your expertise and engagement

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in economics from a university or equivalent.
• Experience working with financial statements, accounting, and other economic tasks.
• An interest in customer contacts and service.
• The ability to communicate professionally and build trust with different types of people.
• The ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• The ability to see the big picture and work strategically with the client's financial management.
• A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and flexible. You have a genuine interest in contributing to Riksbyggen's vision and values.
